Radon Gas Mitigation Before & After Photos

ALS Property Associates installed a new fan for a radon gas reduction system at a residential home in Galesburg, MI. The old fantech fan had stopped working and was replaced with a high quality festa radon fan with matching color couplings.

ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Marcellus, MI. The sub-slab depressurization system was run from the basement with schedule 40 piping to the rear exterior where the radon fan was installed and vented above the roof line.

This is a before and after photo showing how we used the sump-pump pit as our radon extraction point. The drainage system under the slab ties off in the crock. We seal the cover and create negative pressure throughout the drain tile under the concrete slab.
