Lee in Wayland Michigan hired ALS Property Associates, Inc. to install a Radon Mitigation System in his home. They were able to keep the radon system aesthetically pleasing and not as noticeable from the outside of the home. He was impressed by the knowledge and design features the ALS salesman Doug had and decided to use them for the project.
Bucky and Rob arrived on the day of the radon mitigation system installation. After completing some more measurements they realized they were unable to run the pipe through the rim joist to the garage due to the raised floor. (Doug should have caught this). The team quickly came up with the option of running the pipe outside then right back into the garage. Lee was happy with this because it still eliminated the need for an exterior radon fan and he was not wanting that look. Bucky and Rob came up with the solution and were able to quickly execute the design following the approval from Lee. The radon system was ran through to the garage and radon fan located in the attic safely venting the radon through the roof to the outdoors.
