See the before and after of two radon extraction points and sealed sump pump pit  we installed in Sturgis, MI. This system is creating negative pressure under the main basement slab and the elevated crawlspace. The is safely removing the radon from under the home and safely venting it outside above the roofline. 

ALS Property Associates installed a radon mitigation system at a residential property in Sturgis, MI. A sub-slab depressurization radon system was used on this property. Schedule 40 piping was run from the basement to the side exterior of the home. The radon fan was installed on the exterior and vented above the roof line. An exterior cover was installed and proper permits were completed for the city of Sturgis, MI.
