Our Overall Service
Having shopped around for radon mitigation in the greater Lansing area, you all were the best option hands down. Doug was informative, wasn't pushy, told me exactly what I was getting into, and clearly did an amazing job despite some annoyances with our unusual basement. Couldn't be happier and the peace of mind knowing our basement is safe is priceless.
Sales Process
We've had to get a lot of work needed on our old home which has required a lot of sales people coming and giving their pitch. Doug was hands down the best. He was honest, told me exactly what we'd be getting, informed me about industry standards and rates, and what my investment would give us. He wasn't pushy, and I didn't feel pressured by him. It was an easy decision to go with ALS after that.
Our Installation Crew
Doug personally came to do the install which was surprising. Just shows his hands on approach which I greatly appreciated. We have an older low ceiling home which made the install difficult which forced Doug and his other crew member plenty of headache. But even as it began to rain they kept working. They stayed later than they planned to make sure the job was done fully and to the best of standards. So impressed!
The Cleanup Process
Except for the newly installed 3 PVC pipes running along my ceiling and into the ground I wouldn't have been able to tell a job was even done. My basement was exactly as I had left it when they left.

What made you choose our company:

As stated above, Doug was a professional through and through. He was kind, informative, not pushy, and was confident in what he was offering. Having dealt with too many annoying salemans I don't have the patience for the classic cars salesman and Doug was the farthest from that. I had a few other quotes from others and ALS just fit exactly what we wanted out of our home. Well worth the investment. Peace of mind knowing our home is safe is obviously priceless, but knowing that peace of mind came at the highest possible quality makes our decision a no brainer. In the past I always had the itch in the back of my head that we needed to get our radon covered. If I needed to go to our basement I'd sprint down to as to not breath the air too much. But I can walk down knowing it's safe and we have the best mitigation system around. And whenever we do sell our home, we can do it knowing we didn't use some low quality product that would struggle to meet industry standards, but the best out there.
